In the minigame, Baby is depicted with blue eyes, collecting cupcakes and feeding some young boys after which Circus Baby collects an icecream and brings It to the front after that Elizabeth Afton walks up to it, before a claw emerges from Baby's stomach, grabbing Elizabeth. This causes Baby to become possessed by Elizabeth, turning the robot's eyes green.
The game's second minigame, Unification, depicts Baby being rammed into a wall by a large object, causing it to activate and transform. Baby then comes to life and grabs the object, using it to knock Baby's head into the floor, destroying it.
The game was critically panned. It received mixed to negative reviews upon release. The game's lack of originality was considered its main problem, with the minigames not having much purpose beyond repetitively reusing the same mechanics of other previous games.
